Home to the Big Five and an incredible variety of predators and grazers, the Serengeti offers unmatched game viewing, breathtaking sunsets, and an authentic safari experience in the heart of Tanzania.

 

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your guide and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Depending on your arrival time, relax and recover from your journey or explore the town at your leisure. In the evening, enjoy a safari briefing and prepare for the adventure ahead.

After breakfast, begin your safari with a scenic drive to either Tarangire National Park or Lake Manyara National Park.

Option 1 – Tarangire National Park:
Famous for its giant baobab trees and large elephant herds, Tarangire offers excellent wildlife viewing, especially during the dry season. Expect lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and a variety of birdlife.

Option 2 – Lake Manyara National Park:
Nestled beneath the Great Rift Valley escarpment, this compact park is known for its tree-climbing lions, flamingo-lined shores, lush groundwater forest, and diverse wildlife.

Enjoy a full-day game drive with picnic lunch before heading to your lodge.

After breakfast, journey toward the iconic Serengeti National Park, passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with stunning crater views along the way. Arrive in the Serengeti in time for lunch.
